Rules For The Site

Hey everyone! This is Yert here! There has been alot of rule breakings on my site, and i just want to give u a Rulelist. Here are the RULES and PUNISHMENTS of my site:
#1: Be nice to EVERYBODY! I mean EVERYONE! You can kid around about funny stuff, but dont really mean it or u will be banned from my site for just 1 hour.
#2:Any RACIAL bullying will NOT be tolerated! It will require a 2 hour ban. ( No contests, No fun stuff)
#3:Any playful bullying will not require any banning
#4:Hackers will be banned from my site FOREVER. And i really mean it….
#5:Work together! When ever someone is down  plz help them out plz. And dont do faces like :l when ever someone is sad. I feel bad as if someone is annoyed by sadness. Most of the time i am sad, or stressed out by something that is very big or important to me….. i dont want to be a snob but when ever im like that most of the time, plz help me out or try to support me.
#6: Anybody has the right to ask me anything. Dont be afraid to ask me anything… When u ever u feel something is unfair or u want something really bad on the site, dont be afraid to answer or ask any questions…..
#7: Have fun and be happy!
